Known as the ‘Gateway to Fashion,’ Vancouver Fashion Week embarks on its landmark 24th season for Spring/Summer 2015 and is pleased to announce that its venue will be at the luxurious Queen Elizabeth Plaza in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The Queen Elizabeth Plaza, outside of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, opened in 1959. Named after Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre is one of Canada’s largest proscenium theatres and is the home of the Vancouver Opera and Ballet British Columbia. Vancouver Fashion Week will be raising a large, bespoke marquee in the plaza to host the catwalk shows.

P&G will also be returning as Vancouver Fashion Week’s hair, makeup, and skincare sponsor, bringing Olay, Covergirl and Pantene to the multi-day fashion event.

Vancouver Fashion Week is set to take place from the 15th through to the 21st of September, and as a market leader, VFW will once again host Eco Day on the 18th of September.

Vancouver Fashion Week is charged with supporting innovative, cutting edge talent from around the world. Its edited selection of designers hailing from established to emerging fashion countries illustrate its commitment to the growth of an international incubator of innovation and talent.
